          Which is equivalent to Butaflow-71 (TIN catalyst)



 
 GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
CATALYST TP-71 is a tin-based catalyst comprised of dibutyltin dilaurate adsorbed onto a silica carrier. Which is equivalent to  Butaflow-71(TIN catalyst)  . This product may be used in both e-caprolactam blocked polyurethane powder coatings and internally blocked uretdione systems. CATALYST TP-71  is incorporated as a raw material during the premix stage of processing, and a laboratory investigation is recommended to optimize the concentration and processing conditions for a particular formulation. Typical dosage ranges from 0.1 - 1% based on total formula weight.

 STORAGE AND HANDLING :
Keep container tightly closed and store in a dry, well ventilated area away from heat and sources of ignition. Store at less than 100°F (38°C). To minimize degradation of the product, avoid unnecessary exposure to moisture and atmospheric oxygen by keeping the package tightly closed when not in use.
