Description
W-1 is specially made for adjusting the surface properties of powder coatings. W-1 can help to reduce the film melt viscosity, advance the fluidity of the melt coatings, degas the bubbles in the melt coatings and hence adjust properties of the coatings and obtains a full surface with good flow and fine DOI. Smooth degassing agent is a multi-component synthetic wax with good degassing effect. It can be used as a substitute of Benzoin in powder coating to improve its surface defects, such as eliminating pinholes, improving surface leveling and coating fullness. degree. It can avoid the use of benzoin at high temperatures caused by coating yellow phenomenon, while helping to reduce the system viscosity and improve the resin on the substrate and pigment wetting and dispersing performance, so the FDA can significantly improve the surface effect. Usage and dosage
1. Add 0.5-0.6% of the total formula to participate in extrusion
2. Does not affect the gloss, can be used for high light, matt powder
3. Suitable for epoxy, epoxy polyester, polyester, polyurethane and other powders.
Application
Just mix W-1 with other materials and then extrude the compound together. The dosage of W-1 is about 0.5~1.5% of the whole formulation. As its lubrication and degassing properties, W-1 can also help to make the coatings loose and reduce the dosage of Benzoin.
