Description
Pure polyester matting resin TP550 is an acrylic resin with epoxy groups. Principle of action: TP550 is an acrylic resin with epoxy groups and a curing agent for low-acid-valence (25-30) saturated carboxyl polyesters. Its extinction principle belongs to both physical and chemical, It not only utilizes the compatibility difference between its components and polyester resins, but also utilizes the reactivity of its unique functional genes to form a complex network interpenetrating extinction with the main material. At the same time,no pure polyester curing agent is needed. In China it is widely used in polyester type powder coating.
TP550 has a good matting effect, can obtain any gloss of 1-60 degrees, and the produced matte pure polyester powder coating has low cost and good powder application rate. At the same time, it has weather resistance, hydrochloric acid resistance, high temperature resistance, and yellowing resistance, leveling and other aspects have excellent results.
