Description:
TP92, the curing agent is a phenolic excess type curing agent . Due to the high activity of the hydroxyl, can rapidly react with the epoxy groups, which can achieve high-temperature fast curing. Suitable for the manufacture of heavy-duty powder coating.

Curing condition:
160ºC at 15min or 200ºC at 3 min
Other describe:
Add a small amount of a curing accelerator, such as 2 - methylimidazole ,2 - phenylimidazole morpholine, etc. can be adjusted to the requirements of the curing temperature and curing time.
Baking temperature:
Add 0.1% curing accelerator can be realized 200C, three minute cure or 160c at 10 minute cure.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
Kraft paper bag, net weight 25kg.Storage in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place to prevent the sun and rain, should be cut off from the high-temperature and fire.
