Description
TP-1 is a hindered amide used as charge-enhancing agent to improve powder coating transfer efficiency and minimize Faraday-Cage effects during application.

Characteristics
1. Enhance the conductivity to improve powder coating transfer-efficiency, application performance and minimize Faraday-Cage effects during electrostatic powder spray.
2.In both corona application and tribo application.
3.Increase friction charged performance at low use levels.
4.Provides improved substrate wetting, result in better flow and appearance of film. 
5.Good thermo-stability and anti-yellowing.
6.No catalytic activity, does not affect the gloss and gel time of coat.

Usage & Dosage
  1. TP-1with other components of the formula before extrusion.
  2. The use level is 0.2-0.4% by weight calculated on total formula.

Package & Storage & Handling
  1. Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
  2. Store at a temperature between 2 and 32 °C or cool to a dry place to avoid caking. Keep the package closed after use. Keep away from heat and fire.
  3. Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 year

Application for Powder Coating
