TP32-18A Catalyst (Similar to Actiron®32-18A)
Description
TP32-18A acts as a catalyst. Provides wrinkle finishes when used in polyester resin based powder coating formulations in combination with a monomeric tetramethoxy methyl glycoluril cross-linker. Affects the pre-cure rheology and the cross-linking reaction of the cross-linker to form "wrinkle" textures. Used in wrinkle finishes for decorative indoor or outdoor metal furniture, grills, toolboxes, audio-video equipment, file cabinets, and all other goods requiring highly durable finishes.

Extruding @120-130°C, Curing
Curing condition :15 minutes at 200°C.
Dry blend TP80 turtle shell agent 0.1-3% to adjust the texture size
Extruding temperature should 10ºC higher than normal extruding
temperature(120-130°C )and mix adequately, so that extruding results good .Grinding the powder with a little big particle size and curing @200°C*15min.
Package & Storage & Handling
1.25kgs in fiber bag.
2.Keep container tightly closed and store in a dry, well-ventilated area away from heat and sources of ignition. Store at less than 35°C. To minimize degradation of the product, avoid unnecessary exposure to moisture and atmospheric oxygen by keeping the package tightly closed when not in use.
