Description
TGIC is a Curing Agent for Powder Coatings systems that combined with adequate Polyester resin provides coating systems with good outdoors durability and mechanical properties, excellent flow and high gloss. TGIC (triglycidyl isocyanurate) is a heterocyclic epoxy compound with a molecular weight of 297 (CAS number: 2451-62-9). Has excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, bonding and high temperature performance

Curing requirement 200ºC 15minutes
Application
1. It is used as a cross-linking curing agent for pure polyester powder coating, and the dosage is about 7%-9% of the weight of pure polyester (determined by acid value).
2. Used as a cross-linking curing agent for carboxyl-containing polyacrylates (PA) in an amount of about 7% by weight of the resin (as determined by the acid value).
3. Used for preparing high-performance insulating electrical materials, self-extinguishing polymer materials (stabilizers for flame retardants), modified epoxy resins, and formulation of high-efficiency adhesives and plastic stabilizers
Package & Storage & Handling
1. 25kgs/composite bag.
2. Store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct heat and pay attention to moisture-proof. After use, please seal this product away from the source of fire. This product has certain irritation to respiratory tract, use dust mask, gloves and other protective equipment during operation.
3.Valid for one year at room temperature, products beyond the shelf life can be used after testing.
