General description
Catalyst tp-71 is a tin-based catalyst comprised of dibutyltin dilaurate adsorbed onto a silica carrier.Which is equivalent to butaflow-71(tin catalyst) .This product may be used in both e-caprolactam blocked polyurethane powder coatings and internally blocked uretdione systems.Catalyst tp-71 is incorporated as a raw material during the premix stage of processing, and a laboratory investigation is recommended to optimize the concentration and processing conditions for a particular formulation.Typical dosage ranges from 0.1 - 1% based on total formula weight.

Storage and handling
